Palladium IRA Custodian Woes - Anyone Else?

Okay, so I’ve been looking into rolling over a portion of my old 401(k) into a Palladium IRA, mainly to add another layer of diversification beyond the gold and silver I already hold. I’m sitting on about $75k in my Gold IRA already, and I’m thinking of putting another $20-$30k into palladium. Problem is, every time I start researching custodians for a Palladium IRA, it feels like I’m hitting brick walls or getting really vague answers.
I work for the state here in Albuquerque, have a pension building up, but I really want to make sure I’m setting myself up for a comfortable retirement. That means supplementing it with smart investments. My current Gold IRA custodian has been fantastic, but they don't really seem to specialize in palladium, or at least they haven’t been super clear on their processes for it. I want a custodian that makes the process smooth from start to finish, from helping me understand the specific IRS rules for palladium to making sure the storage is absolutely rock solid.
Has anyone here gone through the process of setting up a Palladium IRA? What custodians did you use? Any red flags or really positive experiences you can share? I'm honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed by the lack of clear options compared to gold and silver. It's making me wonder if it's even worth the hassle, but the potential benefits of diversification are still nagging at me. Any insights would be hugely appreciated!
