Palladium in the IRA - is it still worth a punt?

Alright, so I’ve been sitting on a chunk of palladium in my IRA for a while now, probably around $75k worth that I picked up between 2017 and 2019. For a bit there, it felt like I was a genius, watching it climb and climb. As a guy who runs a construction company here in Chicago, I've always been big on tangible assets – feels more real than just numbers on a screen, you know? Gold's obviously my main squeeze in the retirement portfolio, making up the vast majority of my ~400k in precious metals.
But man, palladium's been a wild ride lately. After hitting those insane highs, it’s really corrected. Part of me is thinking, "should I dump this and reallocate to more gold or even some silver?" I'm looking at my diversified portfolio and I initially liked palladium for its industrial demand and that supply/demand squeeze, but the EV transition definitely has me a little spooked long-term. Is the palladium story fundamentally changed, or is this just a classic cyclical dip in a volatile commodity?
I track a lot of the precious metals, and I often use tools like that "Silver vs Stocks" one (from goldirablueprint.com, the 10-year view is pretty telling) to give me some perspective on how different assets are performing against each other. It helps me stay grounded and avoid making emotional decisions based on short-term swings. But even with that data, the palladium question feels different. Are any of you guys still holding palladium in your self-directed IRAs, or have you bailed? What's your outlook for it over the next 5-10 years? Any insights from those who are deeper into the metals market than just a builder from the Midwest would be greatly appreciated.
