Silver stacking for the long haul - anyone else?

Been in the game for a while, seen a lot of ups and downs in the market. Worked in the casino industry here in Vegas for decades, so I understand risk management better than most, and that's exactly why I diversified a good chunk of my portfolio into a Gold IRA, but also started stacking physical silver about five years ago. I'm not talking about huge bars, mostly bags of junk silver and some 1oz Buffalo rounds. My initial thinking was pretty simple: true diversification and a hedge against inflation. With a portfolio hovering around the $200k mark right now, I've got about 15% dedicated to precious metals, and a good chunk of that is in silver.
My strategy has always been pretty straightforward: dollar-cost averaging. Every month, I set aside a small amount, typically $200-$300, and just buy whatever I can get my hands on at a decent premium. I'm not trying to time the market – tried that once with stocks, didn't end well! I'm really just looking to accumulate steadily over the long term. I've heard some talk about silver being more volatile than gold, and I get that, but for me, it feels like it has more upside potential in a truly chaotic scenario. Plus, it's just more accessible to buy in smaller increments.
Honestly, the feeling of holding a bag of actual silver coins is just… different. It's tangible. After spending my whole career dealing with chips and numbers on screens, having something real feels right. My biggest concern is storage – I've got a decent safe, but as the stack grows, I'm starting to think about other options. Anyone here use depository services for their physical silver, or do you all mostly keep it at home? Also, any thoughts on the best way to determine fair premiums when buying online?
