Anyone else seeing their Gold IRA storage fees jump?

Just got my annual statement for my Gold IRA and nearly choked on my coffee. My storage fees jumped almost 15% this year! I’ve had gold in an IRA for probably 15 years now, ever since I started getting serious about diversifying outside of just oil and gas stocks. My portfolio is sitting comfortably between $700k and $800k in gold and silver, so it's not a small amount, and a 15% hike on those fees really adds up. I'm based here in Dallas, and it just feels like everything is more expensive these days, but this one caught me off guard.
I know storage fees are a cost of doing business, especially when you want the security of segregated storage, which I absolutely insist on. I’ve read enough horror stories to know better than to just go with commingled. But a 15% jump in one year? Is this just the new normal, or should I be shopping providers more aggressively? I've been with the same custodian for a long time mostly out of convenience and trust, but my trust wavers when the bill goes up that much without any clear explanation.
Has anyone else noticed similar increases with their providers recently? Or are there any providers out there that have particularly competitive rates for larger segregated accounts? I'm curious if I’m just insulated in my own bubble here in Texas, or if this is a broader trend people are observing. I'm always looking to make sure I'm staying informed, and frankly, the Learning Center has been a solid resource for me in the past to just double-check what I think I know about this industry, but real-world experiences from you all are invaluable.
Thinking about calling around next week, but figured I'd poll the community first. What are your thoughts on reasonable fee increases, and at what point do you seriously consider moving your holdings for better rates?
