Anyone else seeing crazy Palladium gains? And who are you using for custody?

Okay, so I’m looking at my portfolio this morning, and my Palladium IRA is just killing it. I rolled over about 15% of my 401k into a Precious Metals IRA earlier this year – ended up with around $70k in physical palladium and a mix of gold and silver. Seriously, my former bank colleagues thought I was nuts for moving out of the market when things were "stable," but I'm just watching those numbers tick up. It’s a nice change of pace after seeing my traditional investments flatten out. I’m in Portland, and honestly, the thought of having tangible assets just hits different than paper gains right now.
My big question is about custodians. I went with what felt like a reliable option at the time, but their fees feel a little… outdated? Like, in this day and age, shouldn't there be more transparency or competitive pricing without having to call someone and haggle? I’m looking for a custodian that’s efficient, has decent reporting, and doesn't make me feel like I’m jumping through hoops for every little thing. I’m thinking about potentially adding more palladium, maybe another $30-50k, and possibly some platinum, but I want to make sure I’m with the right custodian before I do.
Currently, my custodian uses Delaware Depository, which is fine for storage, but it's the customer service and fee structure on the custodian's end that's bugging me. For those of you with significant palladium holdings – or even just diversified precious metals IRAs – who are you using for custody and why? What's your experience been with their fees, accessibility, and overall service? I’m particularly interested if anyone has experience with custodians that offer better digital tools or a more streamlined process.
Diversification with metals has been a game-changer for me, and honestly, it’s not just about the returns – it’s about the peace of mind. If you haven't checked it out, the Retirement Planner over at Gold IRA Blueprint has some great resources for projecting what these kinds of investments can do for long-term goals. Definitely worth a look if you’re trying to figure out how much metals exposure makes sense for your own retirement plans. Anyway, spill the tea on your custodian experiences!
