Seriously, what are you guys paying for silver coin storage? Fidelity vs. Strata vs. Equity Trust

I've been looking into rolling over a good chunk of my old 401k into a Gold IRA, specifically focusing on silver coins. As a jewelry store owner here in Providence, I know my way around precious metals, but this whole custodian fee structure for IRAs is throwing me for a loop. I'm looking at putting about $75k-100k into it, mostly in American Silver Eagles and some Canadian Maples, just for clarity.
Right now, I'm trying to compare Fidelity, Strata Trust, and Equity Trust for actual physical storage of these coins. Fidelity seems pretty low upfront for general IRA management, but I'm not entirely clear on their precious metal storage partners and the true all-in annual cost for actual segregated storage. Strata and Equity Trust seem more geared towards precious metals, but their fee schedules are also a bit opaque when you factor in administrative fees, storage fees, and any potential transaction fees for future rebalancing.
My main concern is getting hit with unexpected charges or having fees eat up too much of my returns, especially with silver's volatility. I've asked for detailed breakdowns, but it feels like pulling teeth sometimes. Has anyone here directly compared these three (or others) for a similar portfolio size and physical silver coin storage? What are your actual annual out-of-pocket costs with these guys?
Any insights on how transparent they are once you're actually a customer would be huge. I'm trying to make a sound decision here for my retirement, and feeling a bit overwhelmed by the fine print. Appreciate any honest feedback!
