Rollover Worries - 401k to Gold IRA Timeline & How to Speed It Up?

I just initiated a direct rollover from my old 401k into a Gold IRA. I’ve got about $700k in the 401k and, after seeing what’s going on with inflation and the stock market, I figured moving a good chunk of it (around $600k) into something tangible like gold and silver was the smart play. Been in the dairy business my whole life up here in Madison, and I know when things start feeling a little sour, it’s time to find a safer pasture.
The company I’m working with said anywhere from 2-4 weeks, but honestly, that feels like an eternity right now. Every day I see the market wobble, I get a little more anxious. Has anyone here gone through this recently? What was your actual timeline like? Any tips on how to politely, but firmly, nudge things along? I'm trying to avoid constantly calling them, but it’s a big chunk of change and I want to make sure it's handled right.
I already used that Gold IRA Calculator over on Gold IRA Blueprint to get a rough idea of what my potential returns could look like down the road, and it solidified my decision to get this done. Now I just want to see that money physically in the new account. It’s mostly going into American Silver Eagles and some Gold Buffalos, so it’s not super exotic stuff that should slow things down, right?
Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Just want to make sure I’m not missing anything that could speed up this process a bit. Thanks, folks.
