I put in about $75k then, mostly spread across some platinum bullion and a few specific platinum coins I researched heavily.

Here’s the deal: that $75k has done pretty darn well, and I'm sitting at around $88k right now. I’m thinking about selling off about $10k of the bullion and reinvesting that into some of the more niche platinum coins. The ones I’ve been eyeing have a track record of appreciating a bit faster when the market is volatile, and honestly, the thought of diversifying a bit more within platinum itself instead of just holding a chunk of bullion feels right.
