Palladium in my IRA - worth it? Thoughts?

Been thinking a lot about diversifying my precious metals even further, specifically looking at palladium for my IRA. I've had a decent chunk of my portfolio in physical gold for years now – just hit the 7-figure mark recently, and a good portion of that is in my Augusta Precious Metals IRA, which has been great. My financial advisor (who's usually spot on) has been a little more hesitant on palladium than gold or even silver, so I wanted to get some opinions from real people.
My current setup is pretty balanced, I think. Aside from the gold, I've got a solid mix of blue-chip stocks, some real estate in the Boston area (the market here is absolutely nuts, but hey, it's home), and a few high-yield bonds. I'm a doctor, so I like things to be well-researched, and my initial dives into palladium show some interesting industrial demand, particularly in catalysts. The supply side seems a bit more volatile, which is both its strength and weakness, I guess.
I guess my main question is, for those of you who have palladium in your IRA, what prompted you to add it? Are you happy with its performance relative to gold or silver? My initial thought was to reallocate about 5-10% of my current precious metals holdings into palladium. I'm also really curious about the practicalities – finding trusted dealers, storage fees, etc. for IRA-approved palladium. I even checked out that "Silver vs Stocks" tool on Gold IRA Blueprint (silvervsstocks.goldirablueprint.com) to compare silver's performance, and it just reinforced how much these long-term trends can really shift. Thinking of doing a similar deep dive on palladium vs. everything else.
I know it's not as mainstream as gold or silver, but part of me feels like that's precisely why it could be a savvy move. Has anyone had any particularly good or bad experiences with palladium performance in their retirement accounts? Would love to hear your insights.
