Custodian hunt for my silver stack - anyone got El Paso

Alright, so I’m sitting on a decent stack of silver, mostly American Eagles and some Libertad from down south – probably around $150k worth at today’s spot, give or take. Been accumulating for years, mostly through local dealers here in El Paso, and a few online buys. It’s been in a secure personal safe, but my wife and I are thinking of spending a solid chunk of next year traveling, criss-crossing the US, and honestly, the thought of leaving that much metal in the house is starting to make me a little antsy. I’m leaning hard into the idea of moving most of it into an IRA and finding a good custodian for it.
My main concern right now is finding a reliable custodian. I’ve read a few horror stories online about fees spiraling out of control or access becoming a nightmare. I’m looking for something straightforward. I'm not planning on day trading my physical silver, just want a secure, insured location that’s easy to deal with if I ever need to liquidate a portion. Accessibility isn't a huge factor for me since I'm not planning frequent transactions, but transparency in fees and a good reputation are key. I’m also wondering about the logistics of actually getting the silver from my safe to their vault – do they handle that? Or is it on me to figure out armored transport from EP?
Anyone here have direct experience with specific custodians for silver IRAs? Especially if you’ve handled it from a bit of a distance, or in a border town like El Paso where options can be a little different. Are there any hidden fees I should explicitly ask about? Or red flags to watch out for? I’ve seen names like Augusta Precious Metals, Goldco, and Lear Capital popping up, but sometimes the online reviews feel a little… polished. Love to hear some real talk from people who’ve actually gone through the process.
