Platinum IRA Custodian Question - Who are you guys using?

Alright, so I’ve been sitting on a pretty substantial chunk of my retirement in gold for years now, all good there. But with the recent buzz around platinum and the general uncertainty out there, I’ve been seriously considering diversifying a bit more into a Platinum IRA. I'm talking a pretty significant rollover here, probably a solid 20% of my current metals portfolio, which, for context, is already pushing well into the seven figures. I'm a bit old school, always preferred physical assets, especially after seeing the rollercoaster the energy sector rode for decades before I retired from ExxonMobil here in Houston.
My current Gold IRA custodian has been alright, nothing to complain about, but they don't seem to have the same depth of knowledge or competitive pricing when it comes to platinum. I'm looking for a custodian that truly specializes in precious metals beyond just gold and silver, someone with a proven track record, secure storage options (preferably audited and insured, naturally), and frankly, responsive customer service. I don't want to be calling some call center in who-knows-where for an hour every time I have a question about my holdings. I prefer knowing I can reach a dedicated account manager if needed.
So, for those of you who have taken the plunge into Platinum IRAs, who are you using as your custodian? What’s been your experience like? Any horror stories to avoid, or conversely, glowing recommendations that stood out? I’m particularly interested in hearing about any unexpected fees or charges that cropped up. Also, how transparent are they with their pricing and storage arrangements? Any insights on firms that offer segregated storage versus commingled? I'm trying to make an informed decision here before I move a seven-figure sum of my hard-earned retirement into new territory.
I’ve done my own preliminary research, of course, but personal anecdotes from folks who are actually in the trenches are invaluable. It’s one thing to read a brochure, another entirely to hear from someone who's had to deal with an issue. Thanks in advance for any input!
