They walked me through the different options for precious metals, the fee structures, and the storage solutions (ended up going with Delaware Depository). It wasn't the quickest thing in the world – paperwork and transfers always take a bit of time – but they kept me updated at each step, which I appreciated. No hidden fees popped up, everything was upfront.
