Anyone else have issues with a custodian nickel-and-diming for silver coin storage?

Okay, so I've been noticing a trend with my current Gold IRA custodian, and frankly, it's starting to bug me. I opened a Gold IRA a few years back, mainly with silver coins, after doing a ton of research for my financial literacy class I teach at Little Rock Central. Got about $75k worth of eagles and maples in there, and the initial setup was pretty smooth. But lately, it feels like every quarter there's some new "administrative fee" or "storage adjustment" that's just a few bucks here and there. It's not a huge amount, but it adds up, and it feels like they're just trying to squeeze every last penny out of me.
I get that there are costs associated with secure storage, especially for physical silver. And I completely understand paying for that peace of mind. But when I compare it to some of the projected costs I ran before I invested, it's definitely exceeding what I had planned. It makes me wonder if I picked the wrong company, or if this is just standard across the board for precious metals IRAs. I thought I did my due diligence, but maybe I missed something in the fine print about escalating fees.
Has anyone else experienced this with their custodian, especially with silver coins? My portfolio's mostly silver, so maybe that's a factor? I'm debating whether it's worth the hassle of trying to transfer everything to a new custodian. It feels like a big undertaking, and I'm a busy principal as it is, but if I could save a few hundred bucks a year, that's not chump change. Any recommendations for custodians that are more transparent or have truly all-inclusive fees for silver storage? Or am I just overreacting to normal operating costs?
