But platinum… it just feels like it’s been undervalued for a while, doesn’t it? Historically, it’s often traded at a premium to gold, or at least closer to it. Now, the gold/platinum ratio is pretty wild. With all the talk about green energy and catalytic converters for stricter emissions, you'd think global demand would be a lot stronger. I know EVs are a thing, but ICE vehicles aren't going anywhere overnight, particularly with all the trucking and heavy machinery stuff. Then there’s industrial demand beyond just automotive – jewelry, chemical processes, medical implants, all that good stuff.

I’m just wondering if now’s the time to seriously consider adding a significant amount to my IRA. I’m thinking maybe 10-15% of my precious metals allocation could go into a Platinum IRA. The idea of getting in before a potential surge is really appealing. Totally agree with you on this one! I've been debating the exact same thing for my own IRA. My gold and silver have been doing their thing, but platinum just seems like it's been silently waiting for its moment to shine.
