Weighing silver vs. gold in my IRA - 100k portfolio, need some Louisville insight

Alright, folks. Been thinking a lot about my Gold IRA allocation lately and could use some collective wisdom. I've got a decent chunk, right around $120k in precious metals within my IRA, and it's mostly gold right now, probably 85-90% of it. I bought most of it over the last 3-4 years, so I've seen some good appreciation, which I'm obviously happy about. But lately, I've been eyeing silver more seriously. Got a small horse farm out here near Louisville, and I'm pretty practical about wealth – want it to grow steadily and protect what I've built.
My initial thought process was gold for the ultimate stability and wealth preservation, which it's certainly delivered on. But now I'm wondering if I'm missing out on some of silver's growth potential. I know it's more volatile, but with all the industrial demand creeping up, especially with new tech and electrification, it feels like silver might have a bigger runway for gains in the next decade. Anyone here heavily weighted in silver for their IRA, or do you stick to mostly gold?
I'm contemplating rebalancing to maybe a 70/30 or even 60/40 gold/silver split. Is that a wise move, or am I getting too speculative for an IRA designed for long-term security? I've used the Eligibility Checker on Gold IRA Blueprint to make sure my whole setup is compliant, so that's covered. My main concern is just getting that precious metal ratio right for someone in my position. What are your experiences with silver's performance in an IRA during different market conditions?
Any thoughts from those who’ve tweaked their allocations or have strong opinions on silver vs. gold for a portfolio in the $100k-$250k range? Much appreciated for any insights!
