Trying to decide on a Gold IRA company for a smaller investment - any recommendations?

Okay, so I've been doing a ton of research lately and honestly, my head is spinning a bit. I'm a nurse here in Seattle, and a few years ago I really started getting serious about retirement planning. After seeing a lot of volatility in the stock market (and just generally worrying about the long-term economic picture), I decided to diversify a chunk of my retirement savings into a Gold IRA. I'm not talking about millions here; I started with about $50k and have added a little more over time, pushing it closer to $70k now. So, I guess I'd consider myself a "smaller investor" in the grand scheme of things.
My biggest concern right now is that the company I'm with just feels a bit... impersonal. When I first signed up, they were super attentive, but lately, getting a straight answer feels like pulling teeth. I'm wondering if maybe I picked a place that's really geared towards much larger portfolios, and my account just isn't a priority. I'm not looking for daily hand-holding, but I do want to feel confident that my investment is being managed well and that if I have a question, I can get a knowledgeable person on the phone without a 30-minute hold time. It's my retirement we're talking about, you know?
I've seen a few names pop up repeatedly like Augusta Precious Metals, Goldco, and American Hartford Gold, but honestly, it's hard to cut through all the flashy advertising and figure out who's genuinely good, especially for someone with my portfolio size. Does anyone here have experience with any of these, or perhaps another company that's been great for a smaller initial investment? What should I be looking out for if I decide to transfer my existing IRA? Any red flags to absolutely avoid?
I'm really trying to make an informed decision here. The whole point of this Gold IRA was for peace of mind, and right now, I'm just not feeling it. Thanks in advance for any insights!
