My wife thought I was nuts, kept asking why I wasn't just in boring ol' stocks and bonds like everyone else. But after seeing inflation predictions and just generally wanting more financial security outside of the traditional system, it felt like the right call for me in San Diego.

For the first few years, it was pretty steady, nothing spectacular. My equity holdings were doing their thing, but the silver was just… silver.
