I've been a long-time lurker, but finally wanted to jump in and pick some brains, especially since I'm seeing more and more of you talking about physical precious metals in your retirement accounts. For those who don't know, I've been in the game for a while, built up a decent portfolio, including a significant chunk in my Gold IRA – we’re talking north of $5 million now, spread across gold and silver. My entrepreneurial journey has always been about diversification and hedging, and frankly, nothing gives me peace of mind quite like physical metals.

Lately, I’ve been doing a deep dive into my silver IRA holdings – specifically the storage side of things. It’s a bigger piece of my portfolio than some might realize (I love the leverage silver gives you at times), and with the amount I've accumulated, secure, insured storage is paramount. I'm particularly interested in hearing about experiences with setup, fees (especially for silver bars, which can have different handling costs than coins sometimes), and any personal anecdotes about retrieving or liquidating.
