Thinking about adding more silver to my IRA - anyone else diversify beyond gold?

I've been a pretty big gold bug since 2008, when I saw my teacher's pension take a hit and decided I needed something more reliable. My Gold IRA is sitting pretty good right now, probably around $180k, and it's mostly American Gold Eagles and a few Krugerrands. I live here in Phoenix, and it's been a real comfort knowing that a good chunk of my retirement is in something tangible, not just цифры on a screen.
Lately, though, I've been reading a bit more about silver, especially with all the talk about its industrial demand picking up. My old investing strategy since retirement has been pretty much "buy gold, hold gold," but I'm wondering if I'm missing out by not having any silver in there. I'm not looking to dump all my gold, not by a long shot, but maybe earmark $10k or $15k to start a small Silver IRA position.
Has anyone here diversified their precious metals IRA to include a significant amount of silver alongside their gold? What are your thoughts on the gold-to-silver ratio right now? Is it a good time to jump in, or should I be waiting for a dip? I'm curious about what kind of silver coins or bars people prefer for their IRAs too – American Silver Eagles seem like the obvious choice, but are there other options worth considering for long-term holding?
Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated! Just trying to make sure I'm doing my due diligence and not getting complacent with my portfolio as I get older. Thanks, everyone.
