My experience echoes this. I did a smaller, but still significant, rollover a few years back. After a lot of digging, I went with Apmex for the actual metals purchase and then Equity Trust Company as the custodian. They were really solid, good communication throughout the process. Just make sure you understand all their fees upfront!
