Palladium in my IRA - worth the dive or sticking with gold/silver?

Been thinking a lot lately about diversifying the precious metals slice of my IRA, and palladium keeps popping up. Currently sitting on about $180k across a mix of gold and silver in there, mostly physical with a bit of a precious metal ETF for liquidity. I run a tourism business here in Savannah, so I'm used to seeing the ups and downs of economic cycles, and definitely feel like having a strong hedge against inflation and market volatility is key.
Gold and silver have treated me well over the years, especially through some of those leaner patches when tourist numbers dipped. I’ve seen this portfolio grow steadily, and honestly, the peace of mind knowing a chunk of my retirement is in something tangible, not just цифры on a screen, is huge. But with palladium's recent performance and its industrial demand, it's piqued my interest. I'm looking at potentially carving out maybe 10-15% of that precious metals allocation for palladium, bringing my total PM exposure to potentially over $200k.
My main hesitation is that palladium can be a bit more volatile than gold, and the market for it seems, well, smaller. I’m thinking long-term here, 10-15 years out for retirement. Is that volatility something to truly be concerned about for a long-term IRA play? Or does its industrial demand (especially in catalytic converters) give it enough of a floor that it’s a smart move to add for diversification?
Anyone here have experience with palladium in their IRA? What's been your take? Is it a good way to further diversify, or should I just stick to what I know works best (gold and silver) for that reliable, bedrock stability? Appreciate any insights or personal anecdotes here!
