Gold IRA Minimums - What's a good entry point these days?

Been seeing a lot of chatter lately about gold and the economy, and it's got me thinking more seriously about diversifying my retirement. I'm sitting on a decent nest egg, probably in the $700k range, mostly in traditional stocks and a chunk of it from my 30+ years in dairy. My financial advisor back in Madison has always been pretty conservative, heavy on the S&P 500, but I'm looking at how unstable things feel right now and a tangible asset like gold just… makes sense to me.
My main question is around the minimum investment for a Gold IRA. I've been doing some digging, but the numbers I'm seeing online are all over the map. Some sites talk about needing $25k to start, others throw out $50k, and I even saw one that said you needed $100k! I'm not looking to dump my whole portfolio into gold, but I want to make a meaningful allocation, maybe 10-15% of my total retirement, so somewhere in the $70k-$100k range. Is that a reasonable amount to get into a Gold IRA without getting hit with crazy fees or being considered too small an investor?
Also, how much of a difference does the actual dealer make when it comes to minimums? Are some more flexible than others? I used that "Eligibility Checker" tool over at https://eligibility.goldirablueprint.com/ the other day, and sure enough, it said I qualified, which was a nice little confidence boost. Now I'm just trying to figure out the practical next steps. Any insights from folks who've actually gone through this process recently would be appreciated. Don't want to get sticker shock or feel like I'm not playing with the big boys if I don't hit some arbitrary high number.
