Minimum for Gold IRA? Been thinking about adding more to

Curious if anyone else has looked into the "minimum investment" side of things for a Gold IRA lately. I've had one for about 5 years now, started it with around $100k when I was getting a bit antsy about the market. Now, with everything going on, I'm seriously considering putting another $50-75k into it, maybe even more if I can swing it.
My current custodian had a $50k minimum back then, which worked great for me. As a manufacturing exec here in Cleveland, I’ve always valued tangible assets – something you can actually hold and doesn’t just exist as numbers on a screen. That initial chunk of gold really helped me sleep better during some of the recent swings.
I was playing around with the Gold vs Stocks Comparison tool the other day, looking at the 10-year performance, and it just reinforced my conviction. Gold's held its own, providing that ballast I was looking for. Now, I'm wondering if those minimums have changed much, or if there are different tiers I should be looking at. My current portfolio is sitting around the $400k mark, so I’m not playing with pennies, but I also don’t want to jump through hoops for a smaller, additional contribution.
Are there custodians out there now with lower minimums for additional contributions, or even lower initial minimums for new accounts? Or is it generally still in that $25-50k range? Just trying to get a feel for the landscape before I start making calls.
