Gold IRA storage fees - what's everyone paying these days?

Been in the gold game for a good 15 years now, ever since my initial rollover from a traditional 401(k) when I left my last gig in the oil fields. I’ve always held a decent chunk of my retirement in physical gold and silver – somewhere in the ballpark of $750k currently – and it’s been a solid hedge against a lot of the craziness we’ve seen. My custodian has always been pretty transparent, but I’ve been wondering if I’m still getting a fair shake on storage fees, especially with the value of my holdings increasing.
Currently, I’m paying a flat annual fee for my segregated storage. It's been consistent for years, but with inflation and everything else, I'm starting to question if there are better options out there, or if I should just stick with what I know. I remember back in '08, right after the market crash, those fees felt like pocket change compared to the gains I was seeing. Now it's not so much about the gains this year, but more about optimizing every aspect of my holdings.
My custodian is reliable, and I haven't had any issues with them, but I’m always open to hearing about others' experiences. Are any of you guys seeing more competitive rates for segregated storage? Or are most of you on a percentage basis? I’m based out of Dallas, so any recommendations for custodians with strong reputations in the Texas market would be appreciated too, though I'm not afraid to look nationwide. Just trying to make sure my hard-earned assets aren't getting eaten away by unnecessary costs over the long run.
