Gold IRA storage fees - what's a good benchmark?

Alright, so I’ve been building my Gold IRA for a while now, probably sitting around the $180k mark, maybe a little more depending on the day. I run a tourism business here in Savannah, and let me tell you, we've seen our share of ups and downs, especially with all the economic weirdness lately. That’s a big part of why physical gold and silver have been so attractive – feels like a real anchor when everything else is shaking.
My current custodian charges what feels like a pretty standard flat fee for storage. I'm not going to name names here, but it's an annual fee that doesn't really fluctuate with the value of my holdings. On one hand, I like that predictability. On the other, as my portfolio grows (and hopefully continues to grow!), it feels like that flat fee becomes a smaller and smaller percentage. I've heard some custodians charge a percentage of assets under management, and I'm trying to figure out if I'm getting a good deal or if I should be shopping around. What are some of the benchmarks you all are seeing out there? Are fixed or percentage fees generally better once you hit a certain portfolio size?
I also keep an eye on how silver performs against other assets. I was messing around with that "Silver vs Stocks" tool on Gold IRA Blueprint (specifically this one: https://silvervsstocks.goldirablueprint.com/?period=10Y) the other day, looking at the 10-year view. It’s pretty compelling stuff and reinforces my decision to diversify. But back to the fees – what are your experiences with vaults and their associated costs? Are there any hidden fees I should be wary of when evaluating different options?
I'm primarily interested in secure, fully allocated storage, which I assume everyone here is, but there must be a range of pricing even within that model. Anyone in the southeast US have specific suggestions for custodians or vaults they’ve had good experiences with? Trying to make sure I'm not leaving money on the table unnecessarily for storage.
