Gold IRA Storage Fees - What's a decent percentage?

Alright, so I've been expanding my Gold IRA over the last three years, mostly stacking American Gold Eagles and some Canadian Maples. Started with about $80k back then, now sitting comfortably over the $200k mark, which feels pretty good, especially with all the noise lately. I've been with the same custodian, and while they've been solid, I'm starting to wonder about the storage fees. They're charging me 0.15% annually on the total value of my metals, which for my current holdings works out to be around $300 a year. It's not breaking the bank, but every penny counts, right?
I'm based out of El Paso, and as a border town entrepreneur, I'm always looking at the bottom line and hedging my bets. I've got a pretty diverse portfolio beyond the gold, but the physical metals are my bedrock. I appreciate the security and peace of mind of segregated storage, especially given some of the international market volatility I see firsthand down here. I've heard stories from other folks, some paying flat fees, others higher percentages. Just trying to figure out if my 0.15% is competitive or if I should be shopping around.
My main concern is making sure I'm not overpaying for a service that's pretty standard across the board. Are there any hidden fees I should be looking out for if I do decide to transfer? What's been your experience with custodians and their storage fee structures? Specifically, what's a typical percentage for segregated storage on a portfolio in the $150k-$250k range? Would appreciate any insights from those of you who've been in the game longer or have multiple Gold IRAs with different providers.
