Storage Fees for Gold IRA - What's a decent rate?

Okay, so I've been seeing a lot of chatter lately on some other forums about storage fees for Gold IRAs, and it's got me wondering if I'm getting a fair shake. My husband and I opened our Gold IRA about two years ago with Augusta Precious Metals. We're pretty happy with them overall – they were super patient walking us through everything, which was great since we're more comfortable with land and cattle than with Wall Street. We've got just under $70k in physical gold right now, mostly American Eagles and some Canuck Maples.
Our storage is through Delaware Depository, and we're paying a flat annual fee of $100. It's lumped in with a "custodian fee" that Augusta handles, so it's all one bill basically. Honestly, it hasn't felt like a big deal, especially since the value of our gold has gone up nicely since we got it. But then I see people talking about percentages of their total holdings, or flat fees that are higher or lower. Makes me think, is $100 a year for storage of just under $70k worth of gold a decent deal?
I know some folks talk about self-storage options, but that honestly makes me nervous. We live out in the country near Kansas City, and while we have a good safe, I just feel safer knowing it's in a registered, insured facility. I’ve heard horror stories about home robberies, and frankly, my peace of mind is worth a lot. Is anyone else paying a flat fee for storage? What's the typical range you're seeing people pay, especially for portfolios in the $50k-$100k range?
I guess I'm just trying to make sure we're being smart with our money. Every dollar counts, especially with feed prices being what they are these days! Any insights or experiences with storage fees would be much appreciated. Thanks!
