Gold IRA Fees - What's a "normal" range these days?

Been in the game a long time here in Vegas, seen a lot of chips change hands, and I thought I had a handle on risk and hidden costs. But I'm dipping my toes into gold IRAs and holy smokes, the fee structures are all over the place! Started looking at rolling over about half my 401k, probably around $150k-$200k, into precious metals. I'm trying to compare different companies, but it feels like comparing apples to oranges sometimes.
My main concern is getting nickel-and-dimed, or worse, "hundered-dollared and thousand-dollared." I'm seeing everything from flat annual fees for storage and admin, to percentages of assets under management (AUM), to transaction fees for purchases and sales. Some even lump the insurance in, others break it out. It's a real headache trying to figure out who's offering a genuinely good deal versus who's just burying the costs in fine print.
What are you guys seeing for typical annual fees? And what about setup costs? I'm trying to build a spreadsheet to compare, but I feel like I'm missing something fundamental. Are there any companies notorious for high fees, or any that are known for being particularly transparent and fair? I used a Gold IRA Quiz to get a basic understanding, which was helpful, but it didn't really dive deep into specific company fee comparisons. Seriously, any insights would be a lifesaver before I commit to anything.
Also, given the amount I'm looking to roll over, does anyone have experience negotiating fees? With that kind of capital, I'd hope there's some wiggle room, but I don't want to go in blind. Any tips for getting the best deal on storage and admin fees?
