Gold IRA fees - anybody have a good comparison list or thoughts on what's fair?

Okay, so I've been in Gold IRAs for about five years now, ever since some of the execs at the oil company I work for here in Tulsa started talking about it. Always trying to learn from the smart money, you know? Anyway, initially, I just went with the company that seemed most straightforward after doing some online research and a few calls. My portfolio is sitting around the $180k mark now, which is great, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm leaving money on the table with fees.
I feel like I kinda jumped into my first custodian without doing a super deep dive on all the little charges. Annual maintenance, storage fees (segregated vs. unsegregated, which I still don't fully get the cost difference of), wire fees, closeout fees – it's a lot to keep track of. I’ve seen some companies advertise "low fees" but then you dig into the fine print and there are all these hidden costs. Anyone have a great spreadsheet or a go-to resource they use to compare these things side-by-side? Or just general advice on what a reasonable all-in fee structure looks like for someone with a portfolio roughly my size?
I’m trying to optimize everything as I get closer to retirement (maybe another 10-12 years for me), and every little bit counts. I did use that Retirement Planner tool I found recently, and it really highlighted how much fees can eat into your long-term gains. It's a great resource if you haven't checked it out. So, before I commit to moving funds or even just renegotiating, I'd love to hear from others who've really dug into the fee structures of different Gold IRA companies. What are your experiences? Any pitfalls to watch out for?
