Anyone else dealing with a clunky Gold IRA custodian? Looking for recommendations for silver bars.

Okay, so I’m really starting to get frustrated with my current Gold IRA custodian. My family's had accounts with them for decades, mostly focusing on gold, but I decided to diversify a bit more into silver bars last year, putting about $75k into some 100oz Sunshine Minting bars. Holy smokes, their online portal is like something out of 1999. Every time I want to check my holdings or even just see a statement, it’s a whole ordeal. Feels like I'm doing more work than they are, and for the fees they charge, it's getting old fast.
I inherited a decent chunk from my grandpa – we're talking about a $300k+ portfolio in this particular IRA, not including other assets. We're pretty conservative up here in Spokane, focusing on generational wealth, and physical precious metals are a big part of that strategy for me. I chose those specific silver bars because they're well-recognized and pretty liquid if things ever went sideways, which gives me peace of mind. But this custodian friction is seriously making me consider a full transfer. It’s hard to justify staying put just out of tradition when better options are clearly out there.
So, I’m putting it out to the Reddit hive mind: who are you using for your Gold IRAs, especially if you're holding a good bit of silver? Are there any custodians out there with genuinely good tech and decent customer service? I want to be able to log in and easily see my holdings, download statements, and generally feel like I’m in the modern age. Also, when I was thinking about moving things around, I used that Tax Calculator tool on Gold IRA Blueprint – just trying to get a handle on potential tax implications for any distributions, and it was pretty handy for getting a rough idea. Any recommendations for custodians with smooth processes for transfers would be a huge plus too!
