Gold IRA Custodian Fees - What's Everyone Paying?

I'm looking to re-evaluate my Gold IRA custodian situation and wanted to get a feel for what others are experiencing with fees. I've been with the same outfit since 2018 when I first moved a significant chunk of my retirement savings (about $1.2M at the time) into physical gold. At this point, my portfolio is sitting comfortably north of $1.8M, and while I'm generally happy with the service, I want to make sure I'm not overpaying for storage and administration.
Currently, I'm paying a flat annual fee of $250 for storage and another $75 for administrative services. They use Delaware Depository, which is fine by me given their reputation, but I'm wondering if a percentage-based fee structure might become more advantageous now that my holdings have grown. Or, perhaps, a different flat fee entirely with a different custodian. When I initially set this up after retiring from the Navy, my focus was primarily on safety and getting my ducks in a row, not necessarily haggling over every last dollar on fees.
For those of you with substantial Gold IRA holdings, what's your custodian charging? Are you seeing flat fees, or percentage-based? Any particular custodians you'd recommend or strongly advise against from a fee perspective? I'm based here in Virginia Beach, and while I certainly don't need a local branch, I appreciate dealing with reputable institutions. Looking forward to hearing some insights.
