Gold IRA storage fees - what's normal?

Okay, so I've been a Gold IRA investor for a few years now, got about $75k in it currently, and it's been a really solid part of my overall diversification strategy. I live in good old Boise, and as mayor, I'm always looking at the long game, not just for our town but for my own family's financial security too. I initially chose a specific custodian back in 2020 after doing a ton of research, mostly because they seemed to have pretty decent reviews and their fee structure wasn't outrageous for what I understood at the time.
My question is about the annual storage fees. I'm currently paying around 0.15% annually of the total asset value, which works out to be roughly $110-120 a year for my current holdings. On top of that, there's always the standard one-time setup fee that I've already paid. I remember thinking this was competitive when I signed up, but I've been seeing some ads lately suggesting lower rates, and frankly, it's making me wonder if I'm leaving money on the table. It's not a huge amount in the grand scheme, but every dollar counts, especially when you're talking about long-term investments.
Has anyone here recently shopped around for Gold IRA custodians, specifically focusing on storage fees? What are you guys paying, percentage-wise or even a flat fee, for a portfolio in the $50k-$100k range? Is there a significant difference if you have a larger portfolio? I understand that a lot of it comes down to the individual custodian, their insurance, and security measures, but I'm trying to get a feel for what the "going rate" is these days. I'm not looking to switch just for kicks, but if there's a substantial difference, it might be worth exploring, especially since I plan on keeping this investment for a good long while.
Any insights or recommendations would be hugely appreciated. Always valuable to hear from others in the community navigating the same waters. Thanks!
