Gold hitting ATH - what's everyone thinking in their IRAs?

Okay, so gold just blew past its all-time high, and honestly, the feeling is pretty damn good. I remember a few years ago, after I sold off my stake in the tech company, everyone was telling me to diversify into anything but gold. "It's a dead asset," they said. "Inflation's transitory!" Well, joke's on them, I guess. My Gold IRA was already looking solid, and now? It's just reaffirming every decision I made to move a good chunk of my portfolio, roughly $2.5M of that initial $4M, into physical. The peace of mind alone is worth it, but the returns lately are just icing on the cake.
I distinctly recall feeling a bit antsy when it hovered around the $2000 mark for so long. Every dip felt like a test of conviction. Living in Dublin, OH, you see a lot of folks still very much in the traditional stock market camp, and I had a few golf buddies raising eyebrows. Now, I'm just quietly smiling into my coffee each morning. It’s not about rubbing it in, but more about validating the strategy of not just following the herd. I mean, my early-stage tech investments definitely had their moments, but the steady, consistent climb of gold feels different, more... foundational.
My question for everyone here is, what's your next move? Are you holding steady, or considering rebalancing? I’m contemplating moving a bit more of my existing cash reserves, maybe another $500k, into silver, given its industrial uses and potential upside as gold pulls it along. Or do we just ride this wave and enjoy the gains? Part of me thinks this is just the beginning given the geopolitical climate and continued central bank printing presses. Are we looking at $3000 next, or is a correction inevitable after such a strong run?
Interested to hear what others are planning. Especially those of you who've been in this game longer than my relatively few years post-exit. Any strategic thoughts on managing gains in a Gold IRA? Or just keep stacking and wait for the next milestone?
