Custodian Fees - Are they all just highway robbery?!

Okay, so I've been doing my yearly check-up on my Gold IRA, specifically looking at custodian fees, and honestly, it's making my head spin. I’ve got about $180k in there right now, which is a big chunk of my retirement nest egg, and I just want to make sure I’m not getting fleeced. When I first set this up a few years back, I felt pretty good about the fees, but now I’m wondering if there are better options out there that I missed or if costs have just gone up across the board.
Right now, I'm with a pretty well-known company, and between the annual storage and administrative fees, it feels like I'm giving up a decent chunk every year. It’s a flat fee, which is nice in one way since I know what to expect, but also, as my gold holdings grow, that percentage effectively shrinks, which isn’t great. I remember doing a ton of research back when I was setting this up – being a real estate agent in Miami, I’m used to scrutinizing contracts, but this whole precious metals custodian thing felt like a different beast. What are other folks paying out there?
I’m particularly interested in hearing from people with similar portfolio sizes. Is everyone generally paying around the same for storage and admin? Are there any hidden fees I should explicitly be asking about when I compare different custodians? I'm trying to decide if it's worth the hassle of potentially moving my account if I can save a significant amount. Every dollar saved means more towards that retirement in sunny Florida, you know?
