Custodian Experiences for Silver - Who do you trust?

Been seeing a few posts about custodian choices lately and figured I'd throw my two cents in and get some fresh perspectives. I've been with Equity Trust for my Gold IRA for a solid decade now, and honestly, they've been perfectly adequate. No major complaints, the online portal is decent enough, and I haven't had any headaches with fees. But now that I'm looking to roll over some more funds, specifically into a Silver IRA, I'm wondering if there's a better option out there, especially from those of you who are heavily weighted in silver.
My current allocation is already pretty heavy on the metals side, roughly 30% of my overall portfolio (which, for context, is currently sitting around $3.5M). I retired a few years back after running a tech company, and frankly, the volatility of the stock market lately has me leaning even harder into physical assets. I'm based in Palm Beach, so storage location isn't a huge deal for me as long as it's a reputable facility, but reliable reporting and easy access to statements are important. I've heard some rumblings about American Estate & Trust, and also Stratum Trust – anyone have direct, positive experiences with them specifically for silver holdings?
My biggest concern is really about the fluidity of the process and avoiding any unexpected fees. With the amount I plan on moving in, I want to make sure I'm not getting nickel-and-dimed on storage or transaction costs. Are there any hidden fees with these other custodians that I should be aware of beyond the advertised rates? And for those of you with significant silver holdings, have you ever run into issues with liquidity or selling through your custodian when the time comes? I'd appreciate any insights you all could share.
