Birch Gold Group for a *smaller* IRA - My experience (so far)

Okay, so I've been seeing a lot of Birch Gold Group discussions, usually from folks with much larger portfolios. I wanted to share my experience as someone just getting started with a gold IRA, specifically looking at the sub-$100k account size. I'm a Miami real estate agent, and let's just say the market here is wild, so diversifying away from property (even though I love it) feels like a smart move for my retirement nest egg. My current IRA is hovering around the $75k mark, and I decided to stick about $30k of that into physical gold through Birch Gold Group a few months back.
My main concern going in was whether I'd get the same level of attention as someone transferring half a million. Honestly, the process was pretty smooth. My specialist was super patient, walked me through the different metals, and explained the fees clearly. I even got a call to just check in after everything was set up. The paperwork wasn't too bad, and they seemed to handle the transfer from my existing IRA custodian without a hitch. I know some people rag on their fees, but for the personalized service and feeling like my smaller account wasn't an afterthought, I felt it was reasonable.
The physical delivery to the depository (I chose Delaware Depository) was also seamless, got all my confirmations and everything. It's truly a different feeling knowing a portion of my retirement is sitting there, tangible, rather than just numbers on a screen. With all the economic chatter lately, that peace of mind is worth a lot to me down here in Florida. I'm still relatively new to this, so I'm watching the gold market closely, but so far, I'm pretty satisfied with Birch Gold Group for my needs.
Has anyone else here used Birch Gold Group with a similar account size? Or are there other Gold IRA companies that really shine for folks who aren't starting with six figures and up? Always curious to hear other perspectives!
