Augusta Precious Metals - Thoughts from a long-time investor

Been seeing a lot of chatter lately about Augusta and figured I'd throw in my two cents. I've been with them for a good chunk of time now, like five or six years? Can't quite remember offhand, but it goes back to when I was really starting to diversify hardcore after a couple of solid business exits. My initial play with them was a rollover from an old 401k, close to a million bucks at the time, all into a Silver IRA.
Honestly, the process then was smoother than I expected for that kind of money. I'm not exactly a novice when it comes to investing – my portfolio overall is well north of $5M – but the IRA conversion always sounded like a headache. Augusta's team, particularly the rep I worked with (wish I could remember his name, he was solid), made it surprisingly painless. They walked me through the paperwork, explained the fees transparently, and didn't feel like they were pushing me into anything I didn't want. The physical silver delivery to the depository was flawless too, got all the confirmations and whatnot. Living here in Scottsdale, I appreciate efficiency and directness, and they delivered.
Since then, I've done a couple of smaller direct purchases with them outside the IRA, mostly gold coins for my personal safe. The pricing has always felt competitive, and more importantly, the communication is excellent. I've heard some people complain about precious metals dealers being pushy, but that’s never been my experience with Augusta. They answer my questions, give me the market lowdown without the hard sell, and then let me make my decisions.
Anyone else here have a similar long-term experience with them? Or maybe some different perspectives? Always curious to hear what other serious investors are seeing and feeling in this space, especially with all the economic uncertainty swirling around.
