Augusta Precious Metals - My 2-year Retrospective (and finding a cool new tool!)

Okay, so it's been just over two years since I pulled the trigger and rolled over a chunk of my old 401k into a Gold IRA with Augusta Precious Metals. I'm a nurse here in Seattle, and honestly, the whole stock market roller coaster was really starting to freak me out as I get closer to retirement. I had about $75k sitting there that I just couldn't stomach losing to some unforeseen crash.
The process with Augusta was pretty smooth. I worked with a guy named Mike; he was super patient, answered all my dozens of questions, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing all the ins and outs of commodities. They walked me through the paperwork for the rollover, helped me pick out some common bullion coins (mostly Eagles and some Maples), and got it all set up for storage at the Delaware Depository. It felt like a big step, you know? Taking that control over a portion of my retirement savings felt really empowering.
So far, so good. I get statements, everything is secure, and I'm not stressing about market volatility nearly as much for that portion of my wealth. I mostly just set it and forget it. The peace of mind alone has been worth it. I was poking around online the other day, looking for some updated info on silver prices (I'm thinking of adding a bit more silver to diversify further, maybe another $10k or so if the price is right) and stumbled across this really neat tool: the Silver vs Stocks comparison on Gold IRA Blueprint. It lets you compare silver's performance against the stock market over different periods. It's actually pretty eye-opening to see the data laid out like that, especially looking at the 10-year view. I highly recommend checking it out if you're on the fence about asset allocation.
Anyone else here an Augusta Precious Metals customer? What's been your experience, especially long-term? And for those who have invested in silver, any specific recommendations on what type of silver bullion to consider for a Gold IRA? Thinking about adding some more, but I'm always open to hearing other people's insights.
