Anyone else with Augusta Precious Metals? My initial thoughts.

Just opened my first Gold IRA, and after a bunch of research, I went with Augusta Precious Metals. I'd been sitting on a chunk of my small business profits in a traditional IRA, watching the stock market do its rollercoaster thing, and honestly, it was stressing me out. Decided it was time to diversify, especially with all the economic uncertainty floating around. I'm in Denver, own a small graphic design agency, and looking at an eventual retirement, probably within the next 10-15 years. My IRA had about $80k in it, and I rolled over a good portion to gold.
The whole process with Augusta was... surprisingly smooth? I was expecting aggressive sales tactics or a super complicated setup, but it wasn't like that at all. Their education materials were actually pretty good – didn't feel like they were just pushing product. The rep I worked with was John, and he walked me through everything from understanding the fees to picking the eligible coins. I opted for mostly American Gold Eagles and some Canadian Maples. I felt like I had a pretty good handle on things by the end of it. The fees seemed a bit higher than I anticipated initially, but after comparing them to a few other places, they weren't wildly out of line.
My main goal here is wealth preservation, not aggressive growth. I've been doing some reading on how different assets perform historically, and I actually stumbled upon this tool, Silver vs Stocks, which I found totally fascinating for seeing how silver has stacked up against the S&P 500 over different periods. It's really changed my perspective on diversifying beyond just traditional paper assets. Anyway, just curious if anyone else here has experience with Augusta? Any long-term clients? What have your thoughts been?
