Any go-to Custodians for Silver IRAs? My current one is... eh.

Alright, so I've been holding a significant chunk of my personal gold allocation in a Gold IRA for years, but lately, I've been eyeing the silver market with a bit more seriousness. Thinking about rolling over a part of my existing 401k or even adding fresh capital into a Silver IRA for some diversified exposure. The thing is, my current custodian for the Gold IRA, while functional, isn't exactly... stellar. They're fine for what they are, but the fees feel a little high, and communication can be a bit slow when I really need something.
I'm talking about a pretty substantial amount here, likely in the mid-six figures to start, potentially growing into the seven-figure range over time as I continue to rebalance my portfolio from some of my more volatile equity holdings. Based in Greenwich, so I need someone reliable, transparent, and ideally, someone who understands the needs of a more sophisticated investor. I'm not looking for hand-holding, but I do expect timely and accurate record-keeping, reasonable fees, and secure storage options. The last thing I need is a headache dealing with my assets.
Has anyone here had particularly good experiences with specific custodians for their Silver IRAs? What were the standout features? Conversely, any custodians to absolutely avoid? I’m particularly interested in fee structures – storage, administrative, transaction – and how transparent they are upfront. My current one just seems to keep adding little surcharges here and there, which really starts to add up when you're talking about a million-dollar-plus account.
Also, any insights on setting up insurance for the physical silver itself within the IRA structure? Is that typically bundled, or is it something you have to actively seek out as an add-on? Just trying to get a feel for what I should be looking for and what red flags to watch out for before I commit to transferring assets. Appreciate any feedback you guys have.
