Any custodian recommendations for a Gold IRA? My current one is a nightmare.

I’m beyond frustrated with my current custodian and seriously considering a switch. I’ve had my Roth Gold IRA with Kingdom Trust for the past five years, holding a significant chunk of my portfolio there – currently just shy of $2.5M in various gold and silver coins and bars. When I initially rolled over from my old 401k after retiring from the Street, they seemed like a decent option, but it feels like their service has gone completely downhill. Getting anyone on the phone takes ages, and when I do, they often seem clueless. My last distribution request took three weeks to process! I live in TriBeCa; I expect a certain level of efficiency and professionalism, and Kingdom Trust is just not cutting it anymore.
I’m looking for a custodian that’s actually responsive and has their act together. I'm not a high-frequency trader; I'm mainly holding for long-term growth and inflation hedging, but when I need something, I need it done correctly and promptly. Ideally, I'd like a company with a strong reputation for security and customer service, perhaps even one with a dedicated rep for larger accounts. My metals are stored at Delaware Depository, and I’m happy with them, so I’d prefer a custodian that integrates well or utilizes them. I'm open to moving my physical metals if the custodian offers a compelling reason for an alternative storage solution, but that's a secondary concern.
Has anyone here had particularly good experiences with other Gold IRA custodians? I've seen some mentions of Equity Trust and Strata Trust in other threads, but I haven't done a deep dive yet. Are there any hidden gems out there, or perhaps some well-known ones I should absolutely avoid? I’m willing to pay a reasonable fee for quality service, especially given the size of my account. Any insights, positive or negative, would be greatly appreciated.
